Martini Park - Christmas In July
Martini Park is my official employer. As Marketing Manager for the Plano location, my job involves lots of toying with different branding elements, including screen shots, flyers, direct mailers, email blasts, etc.
This particular project is the invitation for a Christmas in July party. This is one of my favorite pieces done to date for Martini Park. It was created in Adobe Illustrator as well as Adobe Photoshop. The Adobe CS3 Suite is an exemplary tool, and one of our favorite toys here at Meyer Media.

I know, I know. There are no myspace layouts up. I know, everything seems to be "coming soon" but rest assured, they are coming. We're not going to launch until we're convinced that the best product is ready. Oh, and I've been moving. BLAH! Talk about a drag. But at least the address below is finally accurate for us. Give me about 2 weeks and we'll have everything up and running. |

I've spent a lot of the weekend with my mother. She came in on Thursday and we've had a lot of fun over the past couple days. We went and saw the future Astros (CC Hooks) play the Frisco Rough Riders last night. The Hooks put up 5 in the 9th to tie it up, only to give up a walk off homer in the bottom half of the inning.
The Real highlight was the fireworks after the game, though. |

Off to the races here at work today. Things are a bit hectic, but that's the way we like it. Lots of fun stuff coming to Martini Park in the coming months including Christmas in July, Live Band Karaoke every week, and some incredibly fun launch parties for our new initiatives. We basically are getting to do a 3 month re-launch of our concept and I can't wait!
In other news, Max and I are moving to a new home next week. Any and all moving help will be rewarded with Miller Lite. Call for details. |

That didn't take long! Less than 24 hours after the first draft of MMS, we're on our third draft. We'll have some news coming soon, but in the meantime I'd like to say thanks to Mom, Dad, Polly, Reesa, and whomever else may have stopped by the site. It is obviously a work in progress, so please pardon my dust as I get settled in on a template. I hope you enjoy what you see, as it evolves each and every day!
